Info
The hut does not have a water supply. Surface water, for example from streams, should be boiled before drinking, as water quality varies between different areas. The hut was constructed using round logs.
A meadow-sauna used to stand on this spot in the 19th century. The former Miettunen’s sauna burned down in 1998 and the present hut was built out of round logs in 2002. The Metsähallitus foreman Seppo Mikkola desinged and built the hut.
